About Christine
Christine is married to Paul and the two of them have 2 beautiful girls together, Annabelle and Sophia. She has spent most of her life studying nutrition, fitness, mindfulness and behavior.
In January 2024, she decided to go full time pursuing health and wellness. She completed her Certifications through Precision Nutrition as a L1 nutrition and behavior psychology coach. Most recently, finished her reiki practitioner certification. This allows Christine to help heal the mind, body, and soul.
